IISGate is high performance web site authentication, password protection, access management, for Microsoft Internet Information Server IIS4/5/6. IISGate feature: User validation through: Standard window-based Basic Authentication. Custom web-based Cookie Authentication. Client IP address. Client User-agent. Client Referrer. Independent of standard NT user/security, IISGate uses its own user/security database. Configure access restrictions to directory level and all subdirectories and files within it. Can retrieve user/password pairs from database through ODBC connection. Personalized user redirection following authentication. Attack protection: client not authenticated after x number of bad login in x seconds are blocked for x minute. Can set user account expire in x h:min after first successful login. Can manage concurrent login event for disabling user and/or display advertising message to clients for x h:min. Easy to use, not requires programming, scripting or web development experience. Can administer software on the same computer where is IISGate located or on others on your LAN. Can organize users in Groups. Log to Windows NT/2000/2003 event log or/and standard text file. Can set user account expire date or disable manually with a simple selection. IISGate is licensed as shareware, the cost of the registered version is $158 and full download size is 4.73 MB.
